As a successful global executive at Scotiabank, Mashreqbank and Amex, Vivek brings leadership experience in digital transformation, fundraising, structural cost reduction, data-driven profitability growth, customer segmentation and risk management.

As a VC fund investor and as an active member of the Toronto startup community, Vivek has deep insights into the Canadian business landscape. He is a fintech mentor, but also provides advice to ventures leveraging AI/blockchain technology in other industries. His focus areas are fundraising, product–market fit and enterprise sales, and he serves as a volunteer advisor at MaRS Discovery District.

Vivek holds an engineering degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur, and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.
