Ryan is the founder and CRO of DoubleCheck Research, a leading third-party win-loss and churn analysis research firm located in Boston. Having spent over 15 years in the research and advisory space at firms such as Gartner and Forrester, Ryan found that a giant gap often exists between a seller’s view on why a deal was lost and the true reasons behind the buyer’s decision. Armed with this hypothesis, Ryan’s mission is to enable B2B technology companies to make more informed business decisions by interviewing their buyers and exposing the real decision drivers behind each outcome.
