Poonam Patel is a market research analyst on the MaRS Market Intelligence team, focused on providing strategic guidance to cleantech startups. Prior to joining MaRS, Poonam worked as an analyst at Bioenterprise Corporation where she supported entrepreneurs innovating in the agtech space. Poonam completed her master’s degree in engineering leadership (specializing in green bio-products) at the University of British Columbia and her undergraduate degree in biology at the University of Waterloo.
