Nirali Rathwa

Nirali Rathwa is an Associate, Member Experience, Core Startup Services at MaRS Discovery District in Toronto. She focuses on enhancing the member experience, delivering exceptional service, and supporting portfolio company growth. Nirali also leads recruitment efforts, managing applications and building relationships within the innovation ecosystem to drive a strong pipeline to MaRS. She holds a Ph.D. in Biochemistry from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, India, where her research focused on adipokine gene polymorphisms and therapeutic strategies for type 2 diabetes.
