Debra Giesen

Debra is a Managing Director in Accenture’s Talent and Organization practice with over 21 years of experience leading human resources.
As former CHRO for North America, a $16-billion business, Debra was responsible for the people programs that empower 47,000 Accenture professionals. She led a diverse team of human resources experts who aim to deliver an exceptional employee experience.
Debra is focused on disrupting talent practices for the digital age and leads peer-to-peer conversations on the CHRO agenda sharing Accenture’s journey. Debra is a member of Accenture’s Canada Leadership and Diversity Councils. She lives in Toronto with her husband and two daughters.
