Charu has over 13 years of experience in marketing. After successful stints in various roles at Oracle, IBM and Adobe, she ventured on her own and established a business as a freelance consultant.

Throughout her career, Charu has been involved in initiatives that defined a new normal for organizations. This has ranged from streamlining marketing strategies for clients and establishing account planning at Adobe, to helping IBM adopt customer journey mapping and building the integrated marketing communications program at Oracle

Charu’s specialization includes mapping marketing goals with business objectives, segmenting an audience base, creating personas and designing customer journeys. She focuses on building repeatable, scalable and sustainable strategies for business growth rather than quick-fix hacks to create a temporary buzz.
