Asad Chishti
Asad Chishti is a Cohort I Studio Y Fellow. He’s also a self-described spaceman who studies at libraries, coffee shops, the internet, and the streets.
He’s passionate about the bridge between ideas and execution, helium balloons, bicycles, curating spaces where introverts can speak, and long-term research projects on themes like happiness and home. Aside from being a Fellow at Studio [Y], Asad is one-half of Chairs and Tables, an organization which hopes to create a better and more beautiful world and web through non-stop experimentation, collaboration, and tinkering. He’s been taking a photo a day since he turned 20 and is best known for starting a visual census in the city of Kingston and biking across Canada researching happiness.
