Alastair Nimmons

Leading Easly as Managing Director, Alastair Nimmons has strategic oversight of the company, including sales, marketing, and operations. Prior to his role at Easly, Alastair held various CFO positions and was a partner at a Big Four accounting firm. Alastair is an outdoorsman and avid skier, and mountain biker. He strongly believes in the benefits of fresh air, which he gets ample access to living in beautiful Vancouver.

Easly supports innovation across Canada by providing non-dilutive capital to companies that receive investment tax credit (ITC) refunds, such as those awarded through the Scientific Research & Experimental Development Program (SR&ED). Our goal is to help these companies grow by reducing the friction within investment tax credit programs. We enable our customers to control the flow of capital, turning their annual lump-sum ITC refund from a distant receivable into cash in their bank account.
